The founder of JayWay Travel, Jay Ternavan, was born in New York and graduated from the University of Richmond with a degree in Business Administration. He has lived, studied and worked in Europe for around ten years traveling extensively throughout the region. His broad experiences range from budget to first class allowing him to understand and appreciate the travel needs of our clients. |

For the last four years Ana has been an integral part of JayWay's success in the balkans. A native of Dubrovnik where she is based, Ana graduated as a tourism major from the Univeristy of Economics in Dubrovnik and has also been certified to conduct operations as a travel agency manager. Her passion for culture and tradition is apparent in her participation as member of a nationally recognized acapella group. Ana's professionalism and dedication will insure JayWay guests are provided an unforgettable experience.

Marija is the newest addition to the team, now in her second year working for JayWay Travel. She is based in Dubrovnik, Croatia where she was born and raised. Her studies include a major in Hospitality & Service Management at the American College of Management & Technology in Dubrovnik. Her excellent tourism and English skills as well as her enthusiasm for the job provide JayWay guests with the feeling they are always in good hands on their travels through the Balkans.
