Guests who have travelled with us to Croatia in the past couple of years will remember Marija as their local representative. Whilst Ana is on maternity leave, Marija will be taking over her role to make sure all the finer details of everyone's vacation is worked out prior to arrival. She is based in Dubrovnik, Croatia where she was born and raised. Her studies include a major in Hospitality & Service Management at the American College of Management & Technology in Dubrovnik. Her excellent tourism and English skills as well as her enthusiasm for the job provide JayWay guests with the feeling they are always in good hands on their travels through the Adriatic region.

Stepping into Marija's shoes as local representative for the Adriatic region is Antonia, one of Marija's classmates at the American College of Management & Technology in Dubrovnik. During the course she has gained extensive working experience in the hospitality industry and after a paid internship with us at the end of the 2012 season is looking forward to meeting and assisting the hundreds of JayWay guests she will be responsible for in her first full season.

Ana is currently on maternity leave following the birth of her son (congratulations Ana and Kosta!), but she's not far away if Marija needs a helping hand.
Since 2007 Ana has been an integral part of JayWay's success in the Croatia and surroundng countries. A native of Dubrovnik where she is based, Ana graduated as a tourism major from the University of Economics in Dubrovnik and has also been certified to conduct operations as a travel agency manager. Her passion for culture and tradition is apparent in her participation as member of a nationally recognized acapella group. Ana's professionalism and dedication ensure JayWay guests are provided an unforgettable experience.
