The media can blow things out of proportion, but having Karen actually in France to give us the truth, was reassuring and invaluable. We had an amazing experience. Karen took us to the metro, helped us buy our tickets and took us to the proper stop. He even got on the bus to show us how to use the ticket machine. We could not ask for better service!
